SUMMARY PLAN DESCRIPTION
TERMINATION OF THE PLAN
If the Plan is terminated or if the Employer
completely discontinues making contributions, you will immediately become
fully vested in the benefit you have earned. All of the assets of the
Plan would then be allocated to the Members according to certain classes
of priority. Only after all accrued benefits have been paid and any
other liabilities have been satisfied can any remaining money be returned
to the Employer. Termination of the Plan will have no effect on your
then DROP account balance.
